About Me:

Nine Lashes Artist Information

Biography
The vision of Nine Lashes is to evangelize thru music and testimony and
to minister to the body of Christ. They prefer to think of the stages they
play on as an altar where souls can be saved and lives changed thru the
working of the Holy Spirit. The bands name Nine Lashes came from the
term" Cat of Nine Tails" thought to have been used on Christ
before his crucifiction .Their mission is to spread the Good News of the
cross of Christ through Isaiah 53.
Bio
Nine Lashes came together in 2006.The band consists of 5 members:
Adam Jefferson(Guitar),
Jeremy Dunn(Lead Singer),Jonathan Jefferson(Guitar),and
Jared Lankford (Bass) and Noah Terrel(Drums), They came together to in 2006 to form the group with Jeremy
joining in 2007.The sound is simply rock with inspirational lyrics that
every believer can identify with, and find hope and encouragement.
They endeavor to create music that will leave their listeners inspired,
encouraged and challenged to live for Christ in a deeper way.

"The Fall" is now airing on WJDC 93.7 FM also
airing on KLZ 560AM in Denver Colorado which covers 7 states surrounding Colorado.
"Word of Advice" airing on Revolution Radio
Also "Double or Nothing" airing on Revolution radio
and 93.7 WDJC FM during the weeknights.
"Afterglow" is airing also on wdjc 93.7FM during the
week nights on the Jon Walden Show.

They were interviewed on the Jon Walden show in
June of 2008.They have opened for Thousand Foot Crutch,
Kutless,Pillar,and Day of Fire.

"One and All" produced by award winning producer Barry Blair

Currently ranked Number 1 on Indie charts under Christian Genre.
Nine Lashes ranks 13th over all Genres

They have completed thier full length Cd produced by Travis Wyrick in 2008.
Travis is the producer for Disiple,P.O.D., Ten Years,Super Chick ,
and many other well know Bands.
In Januaryof 2009 3 more songs off their
complete cd were released on wdjc 93.7FM
in Birmingham, Alabama.Also Klzm Am 560.

They have opened for Thousand Foot Crutch,
Pillar,Kutless,Fireflight and Day of Fire.
